This Privacy Policy explains what information Updraft AI collects through this website, how it's used, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum information needed to respond to your inquiry — nothing more.

When you submit the Discovery Conversation form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your company name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide one
• Anything you write in the open-ended question field

We may also collect standard technical information automatically, such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, through the cookies and analytics described below.

How We Use It

Information submitted through the form is used to follow up with you about a possible Discovery Conversation and, if that conversation leads to further work, to support that engagement. Submissions are stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system so we can track and respond to inquiries.

If you provide a phone number and opt in to text messaging, we may also use it to send you text messages related to your inquiry. See SMS & Text Messaging Communications below.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Submitted information is shared only with the service providers we use to manage inquiries and communications — our CRM platform, our analytics provider, and, if you opt in to text messaging, our SMS messaging provider — solely for those purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your information to contact you about anything other than your inquiry unless you tell us you'd like that.

Cookies & Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, which uses cookies — small files placed on your device — to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it over time. Cookies allow us to recognize repeat visits, see which pages are used, and analyze aggregate traffic patterns. This information is used for statistical and site-improvement purposes only.

We do not send text messages to numbers we haven't received consent for, and text opt-in consent is never shared with third parties or used for unrelated marketing.

• Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and any ongoing engagement.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. You'll receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Security

We take reasonable steps to keep the information you provide secure, and to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we don't collect more than we need in order to limit that exposure.

Data Retention

We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a record of the relationship. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you've submitted, or opt out of future contact, at any time by reaching out through the Discovery Conversation form or by emailing info@updraft.ai. We will promptly correct or remove information found to be incorrect or no longer needed.
